Lou opens aquatic experiences with you in a sublime way, guiding you to release, sustain, and express your true natural strength.
She has been professionally dedicated to the field of body awareness and dance for over 15 years across Europe and Mexico, developing both artistic and wellness/health pathways.
She facilitates individual and group aquatic experiences using her own technique – DANCE OF NATURE – developed from AGUAHARA and DANCE IN WATER.
She also teaches AGUAHARA training.
She deeply values the importance of accessing our potential for vitality and improvement through water, tapping into our full capacity to live fully and in connection with the nature we are.
She is fascinated by witnessing how aquatic sessions continuously reconnect us with our natural instincts and enhance our simple, powerful strength.
An aquatic session strongly induces states of deep calm and introspection, where our ability for self-discovery and harmonization lies.
When we stop and surrender to the embrace of water through this energetic bodywork approach, we create space to break habitual patterns and generate changes and solutions in the body and attitude.
She is interested in how, through simple and pleasurable ways – aligned with our aquatic nature – we can remain in true power and promote well-being for all.
Her inspiration lies in exploring conscious perception from within, the instinct for authentic and beneficial movement, physical-energetic harmonization, and the natural strength within us to maintain health.
She invites us to live by letting ourselves be caressed by the waters.
To keep water alive through the continuous movement of our loving presence.
To enliven our body tissues with fluidity, keeping them active and cared for.
To persist in creating healthy habits, placing our will in sustaining care – for ourselves, for each other, for the collective.
