Beyond our regular events, Liquidzome offers workshops and special events to deepen your connection with water, movement, and well-being. Do you still remember your last formative experience in the water?
We therefore open our doors to all aquatic bodywork practitioners who want to continue their training.
Our Guided Practice classes are the best way we have found to help you throughout the training process and that is why you are invited to participate by registering for the next practice.
In each 120-minute meeting, you will be able to give and receive sessions, give and receive feedback from other practitioners, and receive feedback from the facilitator to have the full experience as a student but with the aim of better preparing yourself for a professional environment.

The Water Dance Jam is an opportunity to experience the liberation and creativity of free-form movement in the water. Let go of inhibitions and allow the rhythm of the water to guide you. This spontaneous, non-structured dance session encourages participants of all skill levels to express themselves through fluid, uninhibited motion. The buoyancy of the water supports your body, making it easier to move freely, while its natural flow creates a unique and immersive atmosphere. The Water Dance Jam is not just about dance—it’s a celebration of expression, connection, and pure joy.
Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or someone looking to explore movement in a new way, this event invites you to embrace the freedom that water provides. With every movement, you’ll feel the support of the water and discover new depths of yourself.

Our Pregnancy Wellness program is designed to support expectant mothers throughout their pregnancy journey. The buoyancy of water offers incredible relief from the physical discomforts of pregnancy, such as back pain, swelling, and fatigue, while providing a safe and supportive environment for movement. In this gentle program, you’ll be guided through stretching, breathing techniques, and mindful movements that promote relaxation, strengthen your body, and enhance your connection with your baby.
The water’s soothing qualities also reduce the impact on your joints, allowing you to move freely and comfortably as your body changes. This wellness program provides a safe, nurturing space where you can relax, rejuvenate, and connect with other expectant mothers in a supportive community.

Deepen Your Knowledge, Transform Your Life
For those looking to engage in a more structured and profound learning experience, we offer a variety of courses that delve deeply into the transformative power of water-based practices. Our courses are designed to provide long-term benefits by offering a comprehensive exploration of water’s role in physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness. With the guidance of experienced instructors, you will embark on a deeper journey into movement, breathwork, and self-awareness.
We’ve delightly crafted 2 training formats to meet your different lifestyle and pace needs.
Immersive Training Experience (ITE)
The complete 6 modules LiquidCosmos training program, for 6 months.
10 days immersion twice a year (May and October) + 12 online sessions.
Slow Pace Training (SPT)
The 3 inicial modules, one weekend a month, for 3 months, that you can later complete by joining ITE’s 3 advanced modules in October.
Both paths, when completed, grant you the skills to become a professional practitioner.

WaterBabies Group Classes are a session dedicated to babies and their caregivers, where the water becomes a place of bonding, sensory stimulation and trust. The warm temperature of the pool allows babies to explore natural movements, gentle floating and safe contact with their parents.
The sessions include:
• Aquatic games adapted to the baby’s developmental stage
• Moments of relaxation and attunement between baby and caregiver
• Exercises that promote coordination, body awareness and comfort in the water
• A calm, loving environment that respects each baby’s pace
It is a deeply connecting experience — with the baby, with the water and with the journey of parenthood itself.
WaterPregnancy is a moment dedicated to expectant mothers who wish to find lightness, comfort and connection during pregnancy. The warm water supports the body, relieves tension, reduces impact on the joints and creates an ideal space for gentle movement, conscious breathing and deep relaxation.
The session includes:
• Mobility and stretching exercises adapted to pregnancy
• Breathing techniques for emotional regulation and birth preparation
• Supported floating to ease bodily pressure
• Moments of introspection and bonding with the baby
It is a safe space where each mother can breathe, move freely and feel supported by the water — and by the community.
